Angel and the Badman

LOGLINE:

Remake of the classic John Wayne 1947 western. A cowboy on the run is injured when his horse stumbles near a Quaker family's land. The family takes him in as he regains his health and he falls for their young daughter. When a greedy land owner threatens to take her family’s land with the help of an almost inhuman gunslinger, the cowboy must decide whether to honor her vows of non-violence or go pick his guns back up to defend them.
